I'm Emanuel. I built Trackur because I hate using spreadsheets to manage anything, especially job searches. Every application tracker I found was either bloated with AI slop features that cause more headache, or wanted me to pay a subscription for something that should be simple.

I wanted an open-source tool with no gamified BS, no motivational pop-ups, and ZERO AI-generated cover letters. Just a clean dashboard where I can drag a card from "Applied" to "Interviewing" and move on with my day.

I love learning as much as I hate spreadsheets & overpriced closed-source software, so I started building Trackur to learn how to manage a software project and build a real app from scratch. What started as a project management + React side project turned into something other people might actually find useful.

The thing is, I love helping people as much as I love learning (see above). So this product is fully open-source and designed to help YOU get where you're going.
